Lead the Charge in NC: Shape the Future of Commercial Landscaping

Are you a seasoned commercial landscaping leader ready to shape the future of a thriving region? We're seeking an Area Vice President to drive growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across our Greensboro, NC, and Winston Salem NC hubs, and support our expansion into the Raleigh, NC, market.

In this pivotal role, you'll provide senior-level oversight to multiple branch and regional managers, focusing on P&L responsibility, revenue growth, margin improvement, and client retention. You'll be a key driver of strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within our landscape line of business as we expand our footprint.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor geographically dispersed management teams across current and new markets.
• Develop and execute strategies for operational efficiency, sales growth, and client experience.
• Drive the annual business plan and budgeting process.
• Recruit, retain, and develop top-tier talent.
• Ensure effective allocation of resources (tools, talent, equipment) for existing and expanding operations.

What We're Looking For:

• 8-10 years of progressive general management experience with full P&L responsibility in the commercial landscaping industry.
• Proven success in leading and motivating teams, and building strong client relationships.
• Growth mentality - experience driving sales.
• Exceptional financial acumen, project management, and communication skills.
• A strategic thinker with a track record of implementing successful business improvements and managing market expansion.
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Candidates must live in the Raleigh, NC area (preferred), the Greensboro, NC area, or the Winston Salem, NC area.
