Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (40 hrs/week – Weekends FREE!)
Pay: $20-23 per hour

What You'll Do:
- Help create & maintain beautiful outdoor spaces with a great team.
- Tasks include planting, site care, and potentially operating machinery or working with diverse plants (experience here is a plus!).
Must-Haves:
- Valid NC Driver's License & good driving record.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ready for active, outdoor work!
Big Pluses (But Not Dealbreakers!):
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) š£ļø
- 2+ years of landscaping/grounds experience.
- Knowledge of plant materials or machinery operation. š±
