The Budd Group is seeking a highly skilled and proven leader in the commercial landscaping industry to serve as our Landscape Branch Manager in Greensboro, NC. This critical role holds overall responsibility for the branch's profitability, comprehensive operational oversight, and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• P&L Management: Drive branch profitability through meticulous financial planning, budget oversight, and variance analysis.
• Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies, cultivate new client relationships, and expand our market presence.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing operational and sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring unparalleled satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of full-time business experience, with at least 2 years in a full-time business management capacity within the commercial landscape industry.
• Proven leadership background in the landscaping sector, with a track record of successfully managing teams and operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, including revenue generation and SG&A oversight.
• Proven track record of sales achievement and business growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience (6+ years in landscape maintenance) considered.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
