Janitorial Site Supervisor

Pay: $19 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm

Location: Charlottesville, VA

Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs
• 1-3 years of janitorial experience, with leadership or supervisor experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This position may include any or all of the following duties (other duties may be assigned):

• Supervise and manage janitorial staff to ensure work is completed effectively and on schedule
• Coordinate with team members to complete special cleaning tasks as required
• Assist the Manager in ensuring that buildings are cleaned according to established scope and standards
• Perform general cleaning duties, including but not limited to:
  • Trash removal
  • Dusting and wiping surfaces
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
  • Vacuuming and sweeping common areas
• Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures and policies
