We're searching for a highly motivated Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee a single, expansive account with multiple areas. In this critical role, you'll be directly responsible for the entire janitorial operation within our key account, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, strong employee relations, and cost-effective service delivery across all designated areas.

What You'll Do:

  • Champion Operational Excellence: Take charge of all janitorial operations across the account's multiple areas, including work scheduling for all personnel, establishing clear work standards, conducting regular site evaluations and audits, and optimizing overall inventory and equipment usage.
  • Drive Financial Prudence: Control expenses for all janitorial operations within the account, meticulously review job costs, and make necessary adjustments to ensure strict budget compliance.
  • Lead and Develop Your Team: Provide essential orientation and training for all supervisory and support personnel. You'll be instrumental in coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure Unwavering Quality: Guarantee that service delivery consistently meets the highest quality standards of our organization. You'll proactively troubleshoot and problem-solve, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain Administrative and Safety Compliance: Meticulously maintain employee personnel records for administrative compliance. You'll also ensure all safety and environmental procedures are maintained in accordance with Local, State, Federal, and Company requirements.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication regarding our programs, services, and performance under the contract. You'll provide feedback to management on unique client requirements and opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, coordinate, execute, and supervise the functions of janitorial operations on all shifts across the various areas of the account. You'll establish efficient workflow processes and standards.
  • Special Projects: Take on special project work as requested, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

What You'll Bring:

  • An Associate's degree or higher is required; a BA/BS is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of management experience, ideally within a large-scale operational environment.
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and forecast productivity, staffing, and budget plans, and initiate corrective action in a professional and thorough manner.
  • The highest level of commitment to client satisfaction and quality standards.
  • A proven track record in coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team.
  • Strong knowledge of human resource policies and practices, including developing staffing plans and job descriptions, employee relations, training, safety, benefits administration, and succession planning.
  • Exceptional people and leadership skills with a genuine passion for both customers and employees.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to take on a leadership role in client communication.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
