Full Time- Janitorial Specialty Services Technician

***Specialty Services Technician***

Work will be Monday-Friday. Hours vary and performed mainly during 2nd shift, possible OT and weekend work!
Pay rate is between $20/per hour- $25/per hour

Required:
● Must possess a valid driver’s license and able to pass a Motor Vehicle Check! (MVR)
● Ability to travel local and/or long distance (up to 65%)
● Previous general cleaning experience preferred
● Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
● Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
● Knowledge of cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization techniques are required
● Knowledge of pressure washing.
● Knowledge of stripping, waxing, buffing and/or burnishing floors.
● May have on-call responsibilities
● Ability to obtain and maintain certification

Duties and Responsibilities:

This role involves comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and vehicles.

Responsibilities include replenishing supplies, waste removal, floor care, and disinfecting surfaces, especially high-touch points. The position requires operating various cleaning equipment, following safety and chemical application instructions, and working as part of a team.

Continuous learning and adaptation to evolving industry standards, including pathogen remediation, are also expected. Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor may apply.
