Janitorial Supervisor ( Lead/supervisor experience required)

Location: Greenville, SC  in the Laurens Rd/85 area

Title:   Janitorial Supervisor

Hourly Pay Rate: $20

 Monday-Friday 1pm-10pm

Experience Required: 1-3 years janitorial experience 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including trash removal, dusting, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, and other cleaning tasks as assigned by the Manager.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
• Assist the Manager in overseeing the cleaning process to ensure adherence to scope and company policies.
• Coordinate with employees to complete special or additional tasks as required.
• Ensure that all areas of the building are maintained according to cleaning guidelines and quality standards.

Additional Duties:

• Support the Manager in training new cleaning staff as needed.
• Ensure the availability of cleaning supplies and equipment for the team.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by employees or clients related to cleaning services.
