Hey Mooresville! Ready to lead a landscape crew and make outdoor spaces beautiful? We need an experienced, hands-on Landscape Crew Leader for a full-time, Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM role. If you love working outdoors and guiding a team, this is for you!
Your Impact & Key Tasks:
- Lead, motivate, and direct your crew on diverse landscaping projects.
- Get hands-on: You'll work alongside your team mowing, mulching, planting sod, managing irrigation, and spraying as needed.
- Transform and maintain stunning landscapes for our clients!
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of landscaping experience, with proven ability to lead.
- Ready for active, outdoor work & can lift 35 lbs repeatedly.
- Skilled in standard landscaping tasks (mowing, mulching, sod, irrigation, etc.).
- Reliable, proactive, and a great team motivator.
- NC driver's license required with a good driving record
The Sweet Deal:
- Location: Mooresville, NC
- Pay: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Enjoy your afternoons & weekends! š)
