📍 Location: Franklin, TN
💵 Pay Rate: $17/hour
🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday. from 5:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m. 
💪 Lifting Requirement: Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively
🧹 Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of professional floor care experience

About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a skilled and reliable Janitorial Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate knows their way around floor care equipment and takes pride in making every surface spotless and shining.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Stripping and waxing various types of floors

• Buffing and burnishing to a high-gloss finish

• Operating auto scrubbers, buffers, and other floor care equipment

• General janitorial cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Ensuring all work meets quality standards and client expectations

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in commercial floor care (at least 1 year)

• Ability to self-perform all tasks with minimal supervision

• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence

• Team-oriented attitude

• Strong work ethic and physical stamina
