Drive Sales Talent Acquisition Across our Growing Footprint, VA, NC, SC, & TN!

We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented Corporate Sales Recruiter to join our team in our Charlotte, NC office and play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier sales talent across our expanding footprint, currently encompassing VA, NC, SC, and TN, with potential for future growth.  If you're a strategic thinker with a knack for building relationships across state lines and a passion for finding the perfect sales fit throughout our region, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Sales Full-Cycle Recruitment Excellence: Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to hire for sales roles across VA, NC, SC, and TN, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Strategic Regional Sales Recruiting Plans: Develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies for sales positions across our current and future operating states.
  • Multi-State Sales Talent Acquisition: Build a robust pipeline of qualified sales candidates across our target region, proactively sourcing and engaging top talent to meet current and future hiring needs in each state.
  • Executive Collaboration (Regional Perspective): Partner closely with C-suite executives and hiring managers responsible for sales teams across our footprint to understand their specific requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Sourcing Innovation: Utilize a combination of traditional and innovative sourcing methods, including regional networking, virtual events, and proactive outreach to passive candidates in our target states.
  • Video Interview Expertise: Conduct engaging and effective video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for our sales teams across VA, NC, SC, and TN.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall sales recruitment strategy across our multi-state region.
  • HRIS Management: Leverage HRIS to manage applicant tracking, streamline workflows, and ensure data accuracy for all regional sales recruitment activities.
  • Retention Support: Provide support to management in analyzing sales team retention and turnover data across our footprint, contributing to the development of effective regional retention strategies. 

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a significant and proven track record of successfully hiring sales professionals. Experience recruiting across multiple states is highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to candidates and hiring managers across different states.  
  • Interpersonal Acumen: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues across our regional footprint.
  • Analytical Abilities: Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for our regional sales hiring needs.
  • Organizational Prowess: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and candidate pipelines across different states effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using HRIS systems (Dayforce preferred) and Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
  • Local Presence: Must be able to work from our office in Charlotte, NC five days a week.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 10% (up to 30% depending on the season).
  • Valid Driver's License: Required.
