Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00 AM-7:00 PM (mandatory rotating weekend shifts) πŸ—“οΈ
Pay Rate: $32.00/hour πŸ’°

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our facilities team. This role involves maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for students, staff, and visitors. 🏫🌬️

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units πŸ› οΈβ„οΈπŸ”₯
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely and efficient repairs βš‘πŸ”
  • Perform routine maintenance and preventative tasks to extend system life and efficiency πŸ—“οΈπŸ’¨
  • Respond to on-call assignments and assist during rotating weekend shifts as scheduled πŸ“žπŸ”„
  • Maintain detailed service logs and ensure compliance with safety standards πŸ“‹βš οΈ

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician; relevant certification is a plus πŸŽ“βœ…
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting techniques, and safety protocols πŸ§ βš™οΈ
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 🀝
  • Flexibility to work rotating weekends and on-call shifts β°πŸ”„
