Janitorial Assistant Account Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational management of our commercial paint booths. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance in all aspects of paint booth operations. While reporting to the Account Manager, this role will focus strictly on operations, with the autonomy to make informed process decisions, pending managerial approval when required.
Schedule:
- Thursday & Friday 8 am - 5 pm and Saturday & Sunday 6 am - 6 pm.
- Off days would be Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize all aspects of paint booth operations, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.

Monitor and control operational expenses; conduct job cost reviews and maintain budget compliance.

Establish and enforce operational standards, workflows, and procedures specific to paint booth functionality.

Conduct regular site evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards (local, state, federal).

Support safety initiatives and ensure adherence to safety protocols across all shifts.

Coordinate inventory management, equipment use, and supply needs for the department.

Collaborate with leadership to troubleshoot issues and drive process improvement initiatives.

Participate in special project work as assigned by senior management.
Required Qualifications:

3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or paint booth-related environment.

Proven ability to manage operational processes, budgets, and productivity plans.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to make sound operational decisions and execute them effectively.

Working knowledge of safety and environmental compliance standards.
