Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour (depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Janitorial Shift Supervisor to join our team. This role involves overseeing cleaning operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the facility is maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff 🧹

• General cleaning tasks including pulling trash, dusting, and vacuuming 🧽

• Clean restrooms and maintain cleanliness standards 🚻

• Assist the Manager in ensuring all buildings are cleaned according to the scope 📋

• Assign special tasks to employees and ensure timely completion ⏰

• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed 📦

• Report any maintenance issues to the Manager 🔧

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in janitorial or custodial work 🏠

• Previous supervisory experience is a plus 👥

• Ability to work independently and manage a team 💪

• Strong communication and organizational skills 📞

• Reliable and punctual ⏰

• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment as needed 🏋️‍♂️
