Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Janitorial Shift Supervisor to oversee and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. As a Supervisor, you'll lead a team of janitorial staff, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train a team of janitorial staff 🧹

• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed to company standards ✔️

• Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed 📦

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all staff and visitors 🏢

• Communicate effectively with team members and management 📞

• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly 🔧

Requirements:

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work

• Strong leadership and organizational skills 💪

• Ability to work independently and with a team 🤝

• Excellent attention to detail 👀

• Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies as needed 📦

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ⚡
