Part-Time Utility Technician to join our team in Winston-Salem, North Carolina $15-$16.50 per hour.

Imagine your Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays looking like this:

• 9:00 AM: Starting your day with a sense of purpose, knowing you'll be contributing to the smooth operation and positive appearance of our client's facility.
• Throughout the day: You'll be the go-to person for ensuring everything is running smoothly behind the scenes. This might involve light maintenance tasks, setting up and breaking down meeting spaces, assisting with minor repairs, and generally being a helpful hand wherever needed. Think of yourself as a vital support player, making a real difference in the daily experience of everyone in the building.
• 4:00 PM: Wrapping up your day, feeling accomplished and ready to enjoy your extended weekends!

What you'll be doing (in a nutshell):

• Performing general utility tasks as needed, which could include:
  • Setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for meetings and events.
  • Moving light furniture and equipment.
  • Assisting with basic maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, unblocking drains).
  • Ensuring common areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Assisting with deliveries and inventory management.
  • Responding to client requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Following safety procedures and guidelines.
• Being a proactive and observant team member, identifying and reporting any potential issues.
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Must have a Valid NC Driver's License.
