Casa Grande Academy is a 32-bed staff-secure residential behavioral health facility for moderate to high-risk adjudicated and non-adjudicated males between the ages of 10-18. Utilizing evidence-based treatment methodology, we provide clinical and therapeutic services, as well as the tools, motivations, life skills and education necessary for our residents to lead successful lives and reach their full potential. The program offers an on-campus fully accredited school, grades 6-12, which offers special education services, high school diplomas, or GED programming.
Job Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic and psycho-social assessments for Casa Grande Academy youth as needed.
- Maintain norms and security of youth and provide crisis intervention to youth and /or families in a caring, competent, and responsible manner.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services for youth using evidenced based treatments/theory.
- Continue to monitor and assess youth through observation, communication with staff, and review of reports and documentation individual sessions/groups consistent with the service plan and contact requirements.
- Complete psychosocial assessments/LPHA assessments and reassessments and assist in development of initial treatment plans.
- Generates the Recommendation portions of the discharge summary.
- Consult with Psychiatrist, Clinical Supervisor, Nursing, Case Manager, Group Living staff, Teachers and/or other specialists concerning treatment plans for youth and amend plans as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree with experience in mental health, social work, counseling or adolescent services.

Arizona State Behavioral Health License desired; must be license eligible.
