What does the Claims Coordinator do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Our Corporate Risk Department is looking for a Corporate Claims Coordinator handling Workers’ Compensation, Auto accident, General Liability accident, and Property accident claims. You will be responsible for reporting claims documentation to the insurance provider along with entering, maintaining, and analyzing claims data. This position provides cross functional support to all members of the Corporate Risk Department with a mind for helping managers through processes and helping employees through their claims.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive resolution of claims by coordinating with insurance company adjusters, Swire management, Swire customers, and Workers’ Comp, Auto, GL, and Property claimants across assigned Swire territory
  • Responsible for reporting and tracking WC, Auto, GL, and property accident claim information
  • Responsible for tracking and managing light duty return-to-work program
  • Assist in building training material to address accident and injury trends utilizing historical data and forecasting
  • Assist in preparing new policies and procedures in relation to claims
  • Experience working in time sensitive positions

 Requirements:

    • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
    • 5+ years computer experience
    • Training program creation and delivery experience preferred
    • Stakeholder experience for both internal and external professionals required
