Job Objective
|
In collaboration with the RN, the staff LPN/RN utilizes the nursing process to provide nursing care to meet the physical, spiritual, and psychosocial needs of a group of residents. The Staff LPN/RN responds in emergency situations to assure resident safety and security.

Full Time Day shift, 64hrs/bi-weekly, 6:00A-2:30P, 64hrs/bi-weekly, E/O weekend, rotating holidays. Benefit eligible for all benefits |

Job Standards
|
1. Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing.
2. Current State license.
3. Must possess effective oral and written communication skills in relating to residents, families and health care members.
4. Must possess the understanding and ability to comply with Federal and State rules and regulations such as OBRA, HSS132, Nurse Practice Act, etc.- as they apply to Nursing Homes.
5. Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the job without harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodations.
6. Current CPR certification
7. Accurate Data entry skills and familiarity with electronic health records.
8. Follow the "Standard of Practice for licensed Practical Nurses" as defined by the State of Wisconsin's Board of Nursing.
