Job Objective

Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and ensuring regulatory compliance? We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage the day-to-day functions of care delivery and regulatory processes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily tasks related to admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Develop and coordinate individualized service plans.
Handle incident reports, medication management, and physician orders.
Ensure all service plans, policies, and procedures meet regulatory standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service in line with St. Camillus' mission.

 Full Time Day shift, 80hrs/bi-weekly, Benefit eligible for all benefits
Job Standards
 
  1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with current, unrestricted licensure in State of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse.
  2. Minimum 3 years’ experience working at supervisory level or above in a comparable health care setting.
  3. Current CPR certification required.
  4. Knowledge and understanding of DHS 83 requirements, familiarity and compliance with state and federal regulations as they pertain to State of WI Administrative Code DHS 50, State of Wisconsin Caregiver Program, State of Wisconsin Nurse Practice Act, and any portions of the Federal Code of Regulations Title 42, that pertain to assisted living facilities accepting Medicaid payments.
  5. Effective oral and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to think critically and effectively problem-solve to meet goals of the department and organization.
  7. Strong computer skills, to include experience in Word, Outlook and electronic health record databases.
  8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  9. Ability to prioritize workload to ensure resident satisfaction, best outcomes for resident care and regulatory compliance.
  10. Knowledge of, and ability to apply, effective leadership skills and management techniques.
    1. Flexibility to work hours and days needed to provide nursing coverage in emergent staffing situations.
    2. Must be accessible by phone, e-mail or other communication methods outside of normal working hours to assist in responding to emergencies, schedule changes or to aid in problem solving.
  11. Ability to safely perform essential functions of the job without harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation.
