Job Objective
Responsible for preparation of tasty, appealing, high-quality foods for residents, employees and guests while maintaining high standards of quality and sanitary food preparation.

Job Standards
1.       Serve safe certification required
2.       High school grad or equivalent
3.       At least two years of experience or short order cooking
4.       Knowledge of institutional kitchen appliances
1.       Ability to read, write and speak English and perform basic mathematics.
2.       Ability to follow written and oral instruction.
3.       Good customer service skills.
4.       Good interpersonal communication skills.
5.       Prior experience in institutional food service operation preferred.
6.       Good personal hygiene
7.       Ability to safely perform essential functions of the job without harm to self or others with or                without reasonable accommodations
