Job Objective

Under the direction of the manager, provides and/or assists clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal preparation, exercises, shopping, light housekeeping, and other tasks designated by the manager.

FTE

Part time less than 20 hours per week 7:00a-4:00p

Job Standards

1. Wisconsin CNA license preferred.

2. High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.

a. If under 18 years of age, must be enrolled in a Youth Apprentice program and a High School Diploma or G.E.D. program.

3. Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a professional manner.

4. Ability to see, write, hear, and speak effectively.

5. Ability to travel to and from homes within the community that may not be on the bus line.

6. Ability to maintain and safeguard entrusted confidential information.

7. Ability to safely perform all of the essential job functions without causing harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation.

8. Transportation to and from client homes on and off campus.  When utilizing a personal vehicle, a valid license and proof of current vehicle liability insurance coverage, as well as, a driving record that complies with the St. Camillus Safe Driving Policy. (see transportation agreement)

a. If under 18 years of age and enrolled in a Youth Apprentice program, will see on campus clients only until 18 years of age.
