Job Objective
Take charge of managing the daily operations of our Accounting Department. This includes supervising staff, preparing monthly financial statements, analyzing accounting systems, and assisting the Chief Financial Officer with special projects. You'll also oversee the annual audit process.

 Salaried 80 hours per pay period
Job Standards
  1. Over five years of progressively responsible accounting experience, preferably in healthcare.
  2. Proficiency in data processing methods of accounting, both PC and accounting applications.
  3. Advanced knowledge of Excel, including complex formulas and macros.
  4. CPA certification or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  5. In-depth understanding of general accounting principles and GAAP.
  6. Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Previous supervisory experience of at least four years preferred.
  9. Ability to safely perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
