Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Ancillary Director to lead non-academic programs at Paragon Prep. This role oversees everything from before and after school care, summer camps, and field trips to student events, enrichment clubs, safety protocols, and our unique student “Colleges” program.

You’ll collaborate across teams, work with external vendors, plan memorable student experiences, and ensure smooth execution of programs that enrich life beyond the classroom.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and manage before/after school programs and vendor partnerships
  • Lead planning and operations for our 10-week summer camp
  • Oversee student field trips, on-campus events, and safety drills
  • Serve as Commissioner for our school-wide Colleges program (student groups & competitions)
  • Coordinate community events such as Parent Night, Picture Day, and Open Houses
  • Ensure effective communication with families, vendors, and staff

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with registration and scheduling tools
  • A proactive, flexible team player who can follow through
  • Experience in enrichment, camps, or school operations is a plus

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma and previous leadership or teaching experience in a school or camp setting
  • Knowledge of student programming, safety procedures, and enrichment best practices
  • 18+ years old
  • An associate's or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
