Environmental Field Supervisor

This position with work directly with internal management, customers and environmental field employees. The Specialist will confirm customer needs, dispatch employees accordingly to ensure customer satisfaction. In this role the person will also take calls from field employees performing the work to ensure they understand the services needed and have the resources needed to do the job. The Specialist will also keep upper management and select customers updated on the progress of jobs, i.e. timing, budget, billing and any issues.
This position is both administrative and highly technical. The person will ensure all the required paperwork for SPATCO, the customer and any State required documents are completed correctly and on time. This person will use their technical knowledge to assist those in the field as needed and/or to assist the customer pinpoint potential issues/services needed.
This position requires travel overnight.
