Industrial Tool Repair Technician-Packaging/MRO

Are you looking for an opportunity that opens doors to learning new areas and growth within a Company?  If so, we are looking for you to join our exceptional team as an Industrial Tool RepairTechnician/Account Manager. 

What You Will Be Doing: 

•    Account Management: Manage and nurture existing accounts in building strong relationships across all areas of each customer account.
•    Sales Growth: Identify and execute strategies to grow sales, coordinating efforts with Sales Team.
•    Value Creation: Quantify and deliver value creation for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
•    Prospecting: Seek new opportunities within existing accounts and prospect for new accounts to drive sales growth.
•    Provide customers with equipment troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance service.
•    Assist or coordinate/supervise customer personnel in equipment installation and train customers in equipment operation, maintenance. 
•    Analyzes packaging quality and production problems to determine if equipment, material, or product related.
•    Advise customers in establishing preventative maintenance programs and spare parts requirements.
•    Enhance customer relations with regular calls, equipment audits, securing parts, and advice on packaging techniques per the territory business plan.
•    Assists sales in supporting new products and opportunities.
•    Supporting sales and marketing with timely completion of all administrative reports.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have: 
•    High School Diploma: BA/BS Degree preferred
•    3 + years of High level of mechanical and troubleshooting expertise
•    Valid Driver’s License
•    Ability to Travel overnight

•    Self-sufficient and self-disciplined with a very positive attitude
•    Excellent mechanical skills and use of tools including voltmeter.
•    Must have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop existing business.
•    Packaging experience is a plus
•    Read and understand technical drawings and troubleshooting charts
•    Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
•    Ability to work with customers to solve problems
•    Ability to prioritize daily tasks
•    Accomplished computer skills and MS Office knowledge
•    Occasional overnight traveling (meetings, training, service coverage)
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills (Spanish is a plus)
•    Good driving record
