Purpose

This position is for a Production Mixer at our facility in Lodi. This position will be required to mix and package dry ingredients, sanitize equipment and area, and print labels.

Responsibilities

·        Light Machine Operation

·        Adjusting equipment

·        Cleaning/Washing Equipment

·        Detailed Documentation (Forms/Audits)

·        Checking products to ensure quality

·        Sage ERP X3 (Software), HACCP (Hazard Identifiers/Quality Control), and other tasks as needed in production.

Qualifications

·        Able to work/stand 8 to 10 hours per day

·       Able to carry and frequently lift ingredients weighing up to 55 lbs.

·        Able to bend, twist, reach below knee, push, pull, squat, kneel, and lift 50lbs. above shoulders

·        Able to read and follow formulas

·        Capable of working cooperatively in a Team Environment
