Job Title: Staff Accountant 

Job Summary: SA Hospitality Group is seeking multiple Staff Accountants to join our growing team. These individuals will support a range of accounting functions including financial reporting, reconciliations, and daily operations. Depending on experience and business needs, each Staff Accountant may be assigned to specific focus areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, inventory, or fixed assets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial close

· Prepare and post journal entries and perform general ledger reconciliations

· Support daily and monthly accounting processes in assigned functional areas (e.g., AP, AR, payroll, inventory, fixed assets)

· Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation

· Assist in preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor requests

· Participate in process improvements and contribute to team initiatives

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

· 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience

· Experience with hospitality or multi-unit businesses is a plus

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred (e.g.,     Restaurant365)

· Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
