Carpenter (Punch-out) – Honolulu

CORE DUTIES:

• Have a proven track record of safety
• Possess a willingness to “do whatever it takes” to facilitate the completion of each unit
• Prepare each unit for completion, which commonly includes:

o   Paint Finish / Touch-up

o   Finish Trim

o   Caulking

o   Vanity Installation

o   Baseboard Installation

o   Cabinetry Installation

o   Light Fixtures

o   Cleanliness

o   Removal of materials

TO JOIN OUR TEAM, YOU MUST:

• Pass background check and drug screen
• Have own hand tools
• Be able to lift 50-100 pounds on a regular basis
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work legally in the U.S.A.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
