Travel & Hospitality Specialist- Part Time

Starting pay is $15/hr.

Schedule:  M-F

What will you do in your role?

• Maintain professional relationships with employees, guests and vendors
• Ship and receive mail, packages and deliveries
• Assist with New Hire Orientation
• Book and schedule nationwide travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rentals, meeting spaces) for employees and guests.
• Maintain up-to-date travel databases and contact information.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks and projects
• Maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless policies and procedures
• Attend Monthly Meetings
• Prepare coffee each morning and throughout the day; wipe down counters and ensure teas, sugars, and supplies are replenished.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of coffee and supplies; place orders as needed.
• Check kitchen for cleanliness, wiping down stoves, counters, and cleaning microwaves.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of conference rooms, family room, game room, quiet room, and other employee areas.
• Check bathrooms for cleanliness and adequate supplies; replenish as necessary.
• Blow debris off patios and wipe down tables and chairs.
• Sustain confidentiality

• Competency in PC required for Outlook/E-mail and MS Office (Excel, Word)
