Overview
The Human Resource Reporting and Compliance Analyst is responsible for generating employee related reports, for all areas of the business, to ensure timely and accurate data is presented to those who need it. In addition to acting as a liaison between the organization and various agencies to ensure we stay compliant with all employee matters and handling employee benefits.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cross multiple areas of the business
- Create reports, both tabular and graphical, that provide insight into key data points
- Analyze datasets to identify trends or other relevant information
- Identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues, irregularities, and violations
- Respond to unemployment claims, employment verifications, FMLA/LOA, and other requests that are similar in nature
- Manage employee benefit plans
- Respond to benefits inquiries from employees on plans, enrollment status and other inquiries
- Perform quality checks
Job Requirements
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (heavy focus on Excel and Outlook)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Documenting and reporting skills
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with members across all areas of the business
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at a time
- Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
- General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow
