What will you do in a Customer Service role?
Our Customer Service team is a key piece of our business and it is the first point of contact for our retail customers. Russell Cellular operates 750+ Verizon Wireless locations throughout the country, and our customer service representatives support these locations by providing world-class customer service to our customers who shop our locations. The primary focus of the Customer Service team is to earn customer trust through resolution and drive appointments into our Russell Cellular locations.
What will you do in a Sales Representative role?
Our Business Sales team is a key piece of our customer service department. Russell Cellular operates 750+ Verizon Wireless locations nationwide, and our Business Solution Specialists are responsible for outbound calling to new and existing Verizon business customers, as well as internal and external relationship management. This position works closely with retail sales leaders to support business growth within the company.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Ability to cooperate with and support other members of the Customer Service team
- Strong verbal communication skills in the English language
- Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work effectively with others
- Flexibility with scheduling
- A positive attitude and pleasant demeanor are a must!
