Sales Operations - Communications Specialist

The Sales Operations Communication Specialist you will help lead and manage internal communications for Russell Cellular and its agent partners. In this role, you will help create and compile different methods of communication to the field sales team, leaders, and the Russell Cellular Home Office team.

What you will do in your role:

•    Communicate updates in Zipline, Outlook and Teams 
•    Track and strategize communications as it is distributed

•    Ensure all tasks received are completed efficiently

•    Work with the executive team on monthly spiff communications
•    Communicate system errors, issues or top priority items
•    All aspects of the Zipline platform
•    Worl with Sales Operations and Training on any needed assistance

Job Requirements:

•   Active listener, creative, punctual

•   The ability to recognize when training may need designed around particular communications
•   Self-starter with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
•   Ability to work independently while still working on team goals.
•   Ability to provide suggestions and perspective 
•   Correct grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail are a must
•   Knowledge of Office 365 products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
•   Knowledge in Communication Management Systems (Zipline)
