On-Call Babysitter

On-Call Babysitter: 

This position requires a babysitter to provide a safe, healthy, positive and caring environment for children in your care. The babysitter must be punctual, professional, patient, dependable, and willing to take shifts on-call with little notice.

Candidate requirements include being an energetic and creative person who can easily adapt to the needs of both the children in their care and their parents requests. Strong ability to communicate on each child's level is also required.  We are looking for a babysitter who is confident in their care of children of all ages, creative in opportunities to keep children engaged and enjoys spending time outdoors.  

This role requires driving to and from babysitting shifts in a rural location, maintaining confidentiality of guests within both Ranch and Forbes Five Star Standards.  Professional interactions and communication with parents, guests and staff is required. 

Candidates must have experience with babysitting children ages 0 through 12, must have current CPR certification(training provided if needed) and provide references.
