Healthcare Contract Administrator- Full Time
Contract Administrator- Possible REMOTE opportunity!
JOB SUMMARY:
The Contract Administrator reports directly to the General Counsel and will work closely with the operations leaders throughout the Company and the management team to provide contract administration, database management and support of contracting activities throughout the Company. This Administrator will also have various reporting responsibilities, as described in detail below:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain standard contract templates and draft form agreements.
- Manages contract database system, including contract uploading and reporting.
- Manages contract requests, approval, execution, and reporting processes including coordination and collaboration with other applicable departments.
- Works with registered agent services to maintain corporate entity fillings, including annual reports, good standing, foreign qualifications, and other filings.
- Assists in the development of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations as needed for Senior Management to be presented to key stakeholders, Senior Business Leaders and Regional Team.
- Generate ad hoc reports and assist with special projects as necessary.
- Answers routine contracting questions from other business teams.
- Administer and uphold all the Company’s values and policies and procedures.
- Continuously work towards the Company’s goal and vision.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
ADDITONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend training, seminars and business meetings as required.
EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- 5+ years in contracting experience required; healthcare contracting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in a legal department or assisting a legal department preferred.
- Experience in contract management systems required; experience with SmartSuite or other “low code” platforms a plus.
- Experience reviewing and drafting contracts required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contract database software required.

- Prior experience with heath care analytics is desirable.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires periods of time in which sitting, standing, use of hand and foot motion, vision, hearing, summarizing, focusing with frequent interruptions along with other physical, sensory and cognitive sensory functions are required.
