The Technology Solutions Consultant supports clients and team members by delivering exceptional implementation and support services, primarily through data conversion during implementations, while also triaging and responding to client support requests related to accounting software, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines, and collaborating closely with the Technology Solutions team.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provides support to clients in the usage, and maintenance of their software programs as necessary. 
  • Obtains and maintains business software certification for products as required. 
  • Responds to client requests for software and accounting related assistance. 
  • Performs data conversions.  
  • Implements processes including project planning, system installation, and system setup of the accounting systems. 
  • Assist other team members with miscellaneous assignments as required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles. 
  • Familiarity with various accounting software programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Technology related subject (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 1-2 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience (preferred). 
  • Experience with Sage Intacct Software (preferred).

The potential annualized pay range for this position is $51,553 - $77,329. We make compensation offers within the range based on a range of individual factors, including but not limited to location, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs, and applicable employment laws. These factors may also be taken into consideration to offer above or below the pay range.
