The Wealth Advisor supports senior Wealth leaders with client relationships while also managing their own clients and is responsible for handling projects, compliance and operational tasks, analysis and research, and financial planning.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop & manage client relationships.
  • Organize and assist in client presentations for financial plans and performance reports.
  • Organize and perform compliance functions and testing.
  • Proactively assist advisors and financial planners with analysis, trading, and operational tasks.
  • Work with other team members to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Assist in financial planning process and implement recommendations with other advisors.
  • Rebalance portfolios, create recommendations, and implement strategy.
  • Ensure that client portfolios are managed according to the asset allocation.
  • Participate as active member of Investment Committee.
  • Develop new processes and procedures when necessary to meet expected and required client service levels and client requests.
  • Stay current with changes in regulatory rules/regulations and industry practices.
  • Assist in the strategic development of the department, including marketing.
  • Manage projects for growth, to increase efficiencies, and to improve client experience.
  • Research and recommend changes to software and/or processes when appropriate.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Experience in managing client relationships.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including speaking and written communication skills.
  • Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized and focused on work quality.
  • Knowledge of operations for wealth management firm/Registered Investment. Advisor (RIA).
  • Ability to manage and implement projects and tasks with little direction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Financial accreditations: CPA, PFS, CFP®, or CFA®
  • 5+ years of relevant wealth management experience.
  • Securities 65 or 66 license.

The potential annualized pay range for this position is $104,621 - $130,777. We make compensation offers within the range based on a range of individual factors, including but not limited to location, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs, and applicable employment laws. These factors may also be taken into consideration to offer above or below the pay range.
