HRIS Administrator (USA)

Purpose

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HR systems and processes, with a keen ability to influence HR transformation and change initiatives, especially during mergers and acquisitions. Familiarity with Dayforce/Ceridian HRIS/ATS is preferred but not required. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR technologies as we continue to grow and integrate new teams and processes.

 

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks

Performance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below.   

                

  1. Design & Implementation:  The Design, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS systems and systems modules to support HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
  2. Projects:  Manage and oversee HRIS projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with broader HR strategies and business goals.
  3. Change Management:  Serve as a change agent, facilitating and driving change across the organization through effective use of HRIS technologies.
  4. Mergers & Acquisitions:  Implement identified strategies for integrating HR systems and processes during mergers and acquisitions.
  5. Data Integrity:  Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations within the HRIS system.
  6. Training & Support:  Provide training & support to HR team members on HRIS functions and best practices.
  7. Collaboration:  Collaborate with HR leaders, IT, and external vendors to resolve HRIS-related issues and ensure the systems meet organizational needs.
  8. Analysis:  Analyze HR data and generate reports to assist management in decision-making and policy formulation.
  9. All other duties as assigned

  8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications/ Education / Experience / Certifications

  1. Education:
    1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
    2. Bachelor’s degree in HR< IT, Business, or related field helpful but not required.
  2. Experience:
    1. 2-5 years of experience in HRIS management, preferably with experience in Dayforce / Ceridian or similar HRIS / ATS platforms.
  3. Licenses / Certifications: N/A
  4. Language:
    1. Proficiency in English required

Bi-Lingual – Spanish is a plus
