Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Non-Food Promoter to represent and promote a variety of non-food products such as make-up, skincare, electronics, household items, personal care products, or lifestyle goods. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, provide product information, demonstrate product features, and help drive sales in retail environments or at promotional events.

Job Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to

  • Actively promote assigned non-food products to customers in store, for events, or pop-up booths
  • Demonstrate product usage and benefits clearly and professionally
  • Answer customer questions and provide detailed product information
  • Encourage product trials, distribute samples (if applicable), or promotional materials
  • Maintain a clean and attractive product display
  • Collect feedback from customers and report observations to supervisor
  • Collaborate with store staff and promotional team members

Education and/or Experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in promotions, customer service, or retail is preferred; or any equivalent combination of formal training and/or experience which provided the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities thereof. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data and effectively respond to the data. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from vendors, customers, employees, or others involved or associated in the warehouse section function.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to work with mathematical concepts relevant to the role such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

A valid health certificate or ability to obtain a certification/license is required for this position.

Other Skills and Abilities:

This position calls for strong attention to detail; great organizational skills; flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs.

Working Conditions

Work is conducted in a warehouse environment which may include, but is not limited to, varying temperatures, dust, and noise. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and is mandatory in designated areas and job tasks. Adherence to safety guidelines and protocols is mandatory. Employees are expected to report any unsafe conditions or incidents promptly.
