Project Coordinator III - Federal
About the Position
We are searching for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 6-10 years of related experience in project coordination or management support. In this position, the successful candidate will work closely with project managers (PMs) to assist with project execution tasks, including document coordination, client meetings, budget forecasting, and team support. We are seeking someone eager to learn more advanced project management skills and take on responsibilities as a Deputy PM on select projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and develop strong client relationships.
Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College or University

6-10 years of related experience in project coordination or management support

Proficiency in MS Office, Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat, and Newforma preferred

Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing

Ability to take on client-facing meetings and internal coordination tasks

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage deadlines effectively

Willingness to learn technical aspects of projects and assist with project close-out

Experience training entry-level team members and supporting project teams

Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
