Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll help drive growth and sales across our TikTok Shop product catalog. This includes managing listings, working with affiliates, launching promotions, and staying on top of trends. You’ll play a hands-on role in executing product strategy, improving performance, and keeping our storefront competitive. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, creative, collaborative, and excited about the fast-moving world of social commerce.

Responsibilities:
 Additional duties as assigned
• Manage and optimize product listings titles, descriptions, creatives, pricing, and SEO
• Maintain regular communication with affiliates and creators to support campaigns
• Launch and manage promotions, flash sales, and content pushes
• Monitor trends and competitor activity to keep listings fresh and relevant
• Create or assist with briefs and talking points for user-generated content
• Track performance metrics and provide reports using Excel/Google Sheets
• Coordinate inventory levels and flag any potential stock issues
• Stay updated on TikTok Shop tools, policies, and platform best practices
• Collaborate with the team on growth strategy, content ideas, and new product launches

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong working knowledge of TikTok and TikTok Shop
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (must be comfortable analyzing performance)
• Excellent communication skills both with creators and internal team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
• A strong team player who’s flexible and eager to contribute wherever needed
• Creative eye for trends and content that performs
• Experience with content creation, TikTok tools, or affiliate coordination is a plus
