Location: 100 Technology Drive, Jenkins Township, PA 18640

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. 

Shift: Sunday - Thursday from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Schedule subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Employment Logistics:  

This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution. Our Operations Assistant II are the ultimate team players. They work closely with Sort and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

The Must-Haves: 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• General knowledge or Microsoft Word and Excel Programs
• Excellent Customer Service and/or Dispatch skills
• Ability to multitask, self-manage and work efficiently in stressful situations
• Bilingual speakers are preferred (not required)
• Experience with Fastrak or similar systems a plus

Your Mission in Motion:

• Primarily facilitates the daily independent contractor services, and resolution of service, routing, and delivery issues.
• Analyzes freight volume in relation to daily independent contractor availability.
• Compiles statistics and reports for branch operations.
• Serves as the main communication contact for independent contractor drivers.
