Business Sales Manager (Green Bay, WI)
Job Summary:
Provides sales leadership to a team of wireless business sales professionals in a defined geographic area. Responsible for achieving budgeted sales, financial and expense goals for wireless products sold to businesses and their employees. Provides overall business territory management and acts as local Cellcom representative as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and motivate a sales team to meet business sales targets within a designated territory.
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring and retaining business accounts.
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach sales staff; assign territories and accounts effectively.
- Guide team members in sales techniques and performance improvement.
- Personally engage with key accounts and support team in client meetings and proposals.
- Track team performance, set quotas, and provide regular reports to management.
- Represent the company in local business events and associations to build brand presence.
- Collaborate with retail and agent channels; support business account services.
- Monitor competitors and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Refine internal procedures to enhance team effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Proficient in sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong ability to prospect.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively with decision makers at various business sizes and prioritize tasks to meet sales objectives.
- Foster the growth and development of your team, providing effective training, practice and constructive coaching for leaders and sales staff.
