Qualifications you’ll bring:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related
experience
- The availability of working full-time as a self-directed virtual employee
- Understanding of end-to-end cycle for data development and proven ability to influence and play key role in each stage of cycle (ideation, modeling, architecture, project/ initiative management, development, testing, deployment) within Data Office portfolio.
- Experience with Health Care concepts and data
- Project management and facilitation skills
- Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
- Humility to play as a team
- Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction
Your key responsibilities:

- Identifying critical path across teams and aligning with Data Product roadmaps
- Advance current and future data needs including data design/ modeling, governance, user trainings
- Technical Project Management
- Cross functional communication and status updates
- Aligning Data Product deliverables with business objectives and KPIs
- Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
