🔧 What You’ll Do as a Parts Store Supervisor:

• Lead parts counter and warehouse staff to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency
• Supervise daily parts sales, order accuracy, shipping/receiving, and inventory movement
• Support customer inquiries and internal service team needs with timely part sourcing
• Oversee stock replenishment, backorder follow-up, and cycle counts
• Train and develop team members, setting expectations and tracking performance
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance across the parts department
• Utilize Caterpillar systems and dealership software for accurate documentation

📋 Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a parts counter, warehouse, or related field
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a dealership or industrial environment
• Proficient with inventory systems, order entry, and Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills

⭐ Preferred Experience:

• Background in heavy equipment parts or CAT parts systems (DBS, SIS, SIMSi)
• Experience supervising in a dealership or rental services environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
