Mustang Cat is actively recruiting a skilled Rental Equipment Counter Sales Representative to support our growing rental operations at the Missouri City branch. As a key sales associate within our Caterpillar dealership, you will help customers find the right rental solutions for their equipment needs, providing outstanding service and driving branch success.

🔧 What You'll Do as a Rental Equipment Counter Sales Representative:
As a Rental Equipment Counter Sales Representative, you will coordinate the full rental process for customers from first call to billing, ensuring excellent service and equipment availability. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers (by phone and walk-ins) to determine appropriate rental equipment needs
• Supporting Outside Sales Representatives to complete rental transactions
• Dispatching haul trucks for equipment deliveries and returns
• Using internal tools and resources to efficiently fulfill customer orders
• Managing rental orders from start to finish with attention to accuracy and customer satisfaction

🛠️ Qualifications:

• College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or related field preferred
• Equivalent work experience is considered in lieu of educational requirements
• Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, and in-person
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Mechanical aptitude to understand rental equipment usage

Strongly Preferred Experience:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Knowledge of Caterpillar (CAT) equipment
• Understanding of rental equipment applications for customer industries
