Job Summary
|
We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Intern to support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and administrative tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR operations and exposure to workplace policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain real-world HR experience.

Job Duties
|
- Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Help facilitate new hire onboarding, including document collection and orientation.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs and company events.
- Assist in gathering employee feedback and analyzing engagement survey results.
- Help maintain positive workplace culture through various HR activities.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Support the administration of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Help with documentation and filing of performance reviews, training records, and HR reports.
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee development programs.
- Assist in preparing training materials and monitoring training completion.
- Research best practices in employee learning and development.
- Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education
|
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Interest in HR functions, employment law, and talent management.
