The ideal candidate ensures the cleanliness & proper materials are on hand, in order to facilitate an outstanding guest experience.

• Greets guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome
• Assists servers and bartenders in running food, and supplies.
• Cleans, clears and runs glassware and materials as needed.
• Restocks and runs bar supplies to bartenders as needed.
• Properly brings soiled dish & silverware to the dish line.
• Cleans and re-stocks all service items and complete side-work checklists.
• Commitment to improved Guest Satisfaction Scores. 
• Attendance as scheduled is required
