Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Make a difference in the lives of adults (22+) with Autism and developmental disabilities! As a DSP with May Institute, you’ll provide essential support in a shared living setting, helping individuals achieve personalized goals and lead fulfilling lives. 
 
Your Impact: 
• Assist with daily living needs (hygiene, meals, medication, transportation). 
• Foster a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment. 
• Encourage skill development using positive behavior strategies. 
• Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. 
 
What You Need: 
• High School Diploma or GED. 
• Valid and current U.S. driver’s license (1+ year of driving experience). 
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and adaptability.
