Tues 3p-11p, Wed 10a-7p, Thurs 12p-5p, Fri 3:30p-8:30p, Sa 3p-11p= 35 Hrs

Join our team in Chicopee, MA, where you’ll provide vital support to individuals ages 3-21 in a residential setting, helping them build skills and achieve their personal goals. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish.
Your Role in Action:
• Personalized Support: Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, meal prep, medication, and transportation.
• Skill Development: Use positive behavior support methods to foster independence and growth.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with therapists, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide leadership and guidance to direct care staff, ensuring high-quality support.
What You Bring:
• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience: At least one year working with individuals with Brain Injury or similar disabilities.
• Leadership Skills: Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Driver’s License: Valid U.S. license with a minimum of one year of driving experience.
• Empathy & Adaptability: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust to diverse needs.
