- The paid training you need to learn, grow, and succeed!
- Assist in day to day of client’s functioning and reporting changes to his/her supervisor.
- Ensure client’s independence and dignity by assisting with household chores.
- Escort clients to outings, appointments, etc. in the community.
- Complete appropriate documentation.
- Improve the quality of life by following the client’s Plan of Care.
- Present an open, positive, professional image to all clients and individuals.
- Support clients with personal care needs, not limited to medication reminders.
- At least 18 years of age or older.
- Possess a high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience in homecare.
- One year experience preferred in home care or human service field; or comparable experience care of a dependent child or adult family member Ability to use technology.
- Ability to show compassion for the needs of clients.
- Ability to read, write and speak English; and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to get to and from a client's home.
